🌈 Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • ½ banana (for natural sweetness and creaminess)

  • ½ cup natural yogurt or plant‑based yogurt

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)

  • A handful of ice cubes

🌀 How to Make It

  1. Add the strawberries, kiwis, banana, and yogurt to a blender.

  2. Pour in the water or coconut water.

  3. Add honey/agave if you want it sweeter.
